LaPierre School of Dance was founded by Margaret LaPierre in 1968. Her ideas and program were simple – to

instill the art and joy of dance into young children.

LaPierre School of Dance provides a wide range of dance styles and opportunities for all ages and has grown to

become one of the most popular and comprehensive dance studios in New England. LaPierre is a friendly, family-oriented school with students attending classes in four state-of-the-art studios in:

Pre-dance, ballet, pointe, tap, hip hop, jazz, modern, and dance team.

LaPierre School offers students excellent training as well as the opportunity to perform in our annual Spring Concert, participate in the “Fall Street Faire”, attend workshops and be a part of our summer intensive program. We provide well-rounded classes that develop beautiful dancers with discipline, self-confidence and a strong work ethic.
