The Chocolate Truffle, the specialty chocolate retail division of Bacci Chocolate Design, is headquartered in Reading. Erin, and her husband Carlo, have grown the business to two retail locations, have a successful online store, offer local delivery and ship nationally.

The Chocolate Truffle has been seen on Rachael Ray, The Phantom Gourmet and on Taste TV. Their hand-dipped chocolates and truffles have received the Master Confection Award. Erin is also a dedicated member of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Chamber's “Buy Local” Task Force.
